We design, manufacture, and supply complete carrot processing equipment lines including:
1. Carrot Washing and Sorting Equipment.

6. Belt press. For making carrot juice, the press is ideal for choice.
7. Pulping and refining machine. For making carrot pulp or puree, this double stages pulping machine is necessary.
8. Automatic Falling Film Evaporator and Force Circulation Evaporator. We have simple effect type or multi-effect type for choice.
9. Tube in tube Sterilizer and Tubular Sterilizer:
Carrot juice products need to adopt a tubular sterilizer for sterilization. Tube in tube sterilizer is the ideal machine to sterilize Carrot pulp and carrot puree due to its high viscosity. EasyReal can also supply plate-type sterilizers for low-viscosity products.
10. Aseptic Bag Filling System:
Carrot juice or Carrot puree can be filled in an aseptic bag to have a long-shelf life by adopting EasyReal's aseptic bag filling machine.
The carrot juice, carrot pulp, carrot puree, carrot paste packed in the aseptic bags could be further processed into carrot beverages, carrot drinks, carrot baby puree.
