What's the carrot processing line can do?
Carrot products contains several different of vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, potassium, and vitamins A, vitamins K1, and vitamins B6 which much benefit for Body Health.
Raw carrots have a bad taste. After being processed by the carrot processing line provided by EasyReal Tech, fresh carrots can be processed into a wide variety of carrot products, such as: carrot juice, carrot juice concentrate, carrot pulp, carrot puree, carrot puree concentrate, baby carrot puree, etc.

What is carrot processing?

As we continue to improve and develop, EasyReal Tech. always designs different carrot processing production lines to meet actuals from different customers in line with the high standards of the European Union. 1. Washing:

It is usually cleaned in two steps. First, the soil on the surface of the carrots is removed, and then a second cleaning is performed to ensure that the carrots entering the subsequent sections meet production needs. If the raw material is pre-washed carrot, it’s enough to adopt once cleaned.

2. Sorting:

Pick out unqualified carrots and debris (weeds, twigs, etc.) that have not been removed during the cleaning process. Due to not too much dirt to remove here, so this step is normally completed on a mesh belt conveyor manually.

3. Blanching and Peeling:
Mainly used to soften the surface of carrots to make peeling and pulping more available. The continuous precooking machine mainly adopts hot water to process the carrot and soften its surface. Then peel it easily.

3. Crushing and Preheating

The peeled carrot has to be crushed before entering to preheater. EasyReal’s hammer crusher adopts Italian technology,

4. Juice Extracting

For making juice, the belt presser is an ideal extracting machine for choice. The clients can decide to use one or two units of belt presser to squeeze juice once or twice according to their actual needs.

5. Pulping & Refinning:

EasyReal’s Pulping and refining machine can be customized according to the client’s requirements which adopts Italian technology and conforms to Euro-standard. It can be applied to processing many types of fruits and vegetables, such as apples, pears, berries, pumpkins, etc.

6. Automatic Evaporation Sysytem

For getting carrot juice concentrate, a falling film evaporator will be necessary. Single-effect type and Multiple-effect evaporators are available for your choice.

For getting carrot pulp concentrate or carrot puree, a forced circulation evaporator needs to be equipped according to actual production needs.

7. Sterilizer:

We have different sterilizers for your choice.
Juice products need to adopt a tubular sterilizer for sterilization. Carrot pulp concentrate and carrot puree shall consider Tube in tube sterilizer due to high viscosity. EasyReal can also supply plate-type sterilizers for low-viscosity products.

8. Aseptic Bag Filling Machine:

Carrot juice or puree can be filled in an aseptic bag to have a long-shelf life. The aseptic bag filling machine, a patented product of EasyReal, can work well here.
