Here’s the typical passion fruit processing workflow:
1. Fresh Fruit Receiving →
Fruit dumped in washing tank; debris and stones removed.

Passion Fruit juice extractor
Working Principle:
The raw material enters the upper crushing unit from the feed hopper, where it is first pressed open. It then passes through the lower crushing unit for a second pressing. After two stages of pressing, the material is largely separated into peel and seeds before falling into the separation unit. Seeds fall through the screen holes while peels are discharged from the tail outlet. The seeds and juice proceed directly to the juice extraction stage. Inside, the pulp tray distributes the material evenly to the scraper and screen. Due to the rotary action of the scraper and the presence of the lead angle, the material moves toward the outlet end along the cylinder in a spiral trajectory. During this process, the material is subjected to centrifugal force while moving between the scraper and the screen cylinder, causing it to be broken down. The juice passes through the screen and is discharged from the juice outlet, while the seeds are discharged from the residue hopper, thereby achieving automatic separation.

Except for the transmission parts, all other components are made of stainless steel 304.
Decanter Centrifuge or Clarifier
For clear juice, this equipment spins at high G-force to remove suspended solids. EasyReal offers both two-phase decanters and vertical clarifiers.
